Put a time card calculator on your website

One snippet to copy and paste. Free to use, with a credit link back to us.

You can put the PunchedHours time card calculator on your own website by pasting one snippet. It is a compact version of the weekly calculator on our home page, with overtime, rounding, pay, and one unpaid break per day, so your visitors can total their hours without leaving your site. Paid breaks, a second break, and the week date are left out, and a link opens the full calculator for anyone who needs them.

What your visitors get

  • A compact weekly time card that works in their own browser.
  • No ads, no analytics, and no cookies inside the frame.
  • Nothing saved and no share links. Each visit starts blank, and nothing is kept after they close the page.

How to add it

  1. Copy the snippet below.
  2. Paste it where your site accepts HTML. In WordPress, use a Custom HTML block. In Squarespace, use a Code block. In Wix, use Embed HTML.
  3. Preview the page. The frame is 1,000 pixels tall, which fits any column at least 320 pixels wide.

Terms

The embed is free on any website, commercial sites included, on three conditions.

  • Keep the credit link under the frame. It has to stay visible, with the same text and the same address as in the snippet.
  • Use the snippet as it is. You can change the height and width, but don't change the frame's address or cover, crop, or hide any part of the calculator.
  • Don't present the calculator as your own product.
